The maximum parts and accessories like, three cylinder, cylinder head, inlet and exhaust manifolds, carburettor, oil pump, fuel pump, distributor, self starter, water pump etc., are sectioned to show the internal constructional details. Miniature bulbs are provided with each spark plug, to show the sequence of firing order while the engine is run for demonstration. This model is mounted on a sturdy iron frame. The model is coupled to a 1/4 H.P. Single phase, 220/230V AC motor, through a reduction drive unit, to get the slow speed rotation of the flywheel and the engine. (around 15 to 20 rpm). The operation of gearbox assembly and clutch assembly can be demonstrated using the levers provided.
