MODEL OF FOUR CYLINDER FOUR STROKE MPFI CAR ENGINE (PETROL) CUT SECTION WORKING: 

          The model is made out of full size original four stroke, four cylinders, used MPFI car engine. Maximum parts and accessories like three cylinder, cylinder head, inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Fuel pump, oil pump, MPFI accessories such as Throttle body, petrol injector, fuel pump module  etc. are sectioned to show the internal constructional details, miniature bulbs are provided with spark plug to show the sequence of firing order, while the engine is running for demonstration. This is made upto Flywheel and is mounted on a sturdy iron frame. The model is coupled to a F.H.P single phase 220/230 V A.C. Motor through a Reduction gear unit to get the low speed rotation of the Flywheel and the engine (around 15 to 20 rpm).
