CUT SECTION MODEL OF FOUR CYLINDER FOUR STROKE DI ENGINE    (WORKING):

The model is made out of full size original four, four strokes used Diesel engine. Maximum parts and accessories like four cylinders, cylinder head, inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Fuel pump, oil pump, Water pump, Fuel Filter, Fuel Injection pump, injectors, self-starter, Alternator, etc are sectioned to show the internal constructional details of the engine. AF.H.P. 220/230V A.C. Motor is coupled through a Reduction drive unit to the engine by which the model can be demonstrated at very low speed of about 15 to 20 rpm.

By running the engine, the working of individual parts and accessories like Crankshaft, Camshaft, Connecting rod, Pistons, Valves, different pumps, etc can be demonstrated.

This model is provided upto Flywheel and complete engine is mounted on a sturdy iron frame.
