Oil Hydraulic Circuit Trainer: 

Unit consists of following components and accessories for carrying out the study of various hydraulic components and hydraulic circuits. All these accessories are mounted on a M.S fabricated frame. Power Pack:

• Oil Sump Capacity: 40 litters.

• Pump used: Geared type, 5 – 8 LPM capacity with 30 Kg/cm2 pressure (Working pressure).

• Motor: 1 or 2 HP single phase motor / three phase motor.

• Suction strainer: 1 No.

• Air Breather: 1 No.

• Pressure Gauge: (0– 100 Kg/cm2) 2Nos.

• Quick release coupling with double check

valves: 6 sets.

• 4/3 way Tandem Centre Direction control Valve:

1 No.

• Pressure Reducing Valve: 1 No.

• Pressure Release Valve: 1 No.

• Simple Throttle Valve: 1No.

• Pressure Compensated Valve: 1No.

• Single Acting Cylinder: 1 No.

• Double Acting Cylinder: 2 Nos.

• Hydraulic Motor: 1 No.

• Flow Control Valve with built in Check Valve: 1No.

• Sequence Valve: 2 Nos.

• Pressure Gauge: (0-100 kg/cm2) 1No.

• Necessary Hydraulic High Pressure Hoses for building circuits.

• High Pressure Seamless piping wherever necessary.

• Suitable High Pressure Connections with ferruled nuts of heavy metal for hydraulic circuit components and hoses.

All these accessories are mounted on a M.S fabricated frame
