SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER (Condenser) (For Water/Water Media)

a. This Unit Consists of :

• Shell & tube Heat Exchanger (1:2 pass) shell of M.S. having 250 mm. dia. length 800 mm. & thickness of 5 mm. fitted with 25 mm O.D. ‘b’ class seamless pipes on 32 mm. triangular pitch arrangements.  Cuts baftles are provided as per TEMA standards.

b. Heating Arrangement :

• Electrical Geysers of 2 Kw are provided for hot water supply.
• Rotameter for flow measurement of hot water. Range : 0 - 11 LPM

c. Cooling Arrangement :

• Rotameter for flow measurement of water.

d. Control Panel Consists of :

• 12 Channel Digital Temp. Indicator Range: 0 - 600⁰C
• Set of Thermocouple, main switch sockets etc. will be provided.
