DIGITAL HOT AIR OVEN:

CONSTRUCTION:-

The body of the Oven is fabricated out of MS Sheet 20 Gauge duly Powder Coated. Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel or Aluminium as per requirement.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:-

1.  Heating Chamber: -       Heating element made of kanthal resistance wire in coil form duly embedded.

2.  Insulation: - Glass wool & Mineral Wool. Insulation for max. thermal efficiency.

3.  Door: - Glass wool & Mineral Wool Insulated with Brass handle duly Nickled & heavy duty Alum. Casted Hinges. Opens outward.

4.  Control: - The temperature of Oven is controlled by Digital temperature Controller Cum-Indicator with SSR/ Relay.

5.  Ventilation: - Provided on both side of Oven.

TECHNICAL DETAIL:-

1.  Maximum Temperature: - 250°C 

2.  Continuous Working Temperature: - 200°C - 250°C

3.  Temperature Sensor: - Fe/K-Type Thermocouple

4.  Maximum Load: -           1.0 K.W to 4.5 K.W.
