• To Study all components used in refrigeration cycle.
• To Study vapor compression refrigeration cycle.
• To study the concept of Cold Storage.
• To determine the Refrigeration effect, Work output, Actual C.O.P, Carnot C.O.P, Theoretical C.O.P, Tonnage of refrigeration and plant efficiency.

B) SPECIFICATION:

• Evaporator Cabinet: - Volume approx: - 3000 liters provided with 3” Of insulation all round and one hinged door on one side. On three sides of the cabinet racks are provided for storage of commodities. One lamp (bulb) is provided in the chamber, which operates on doors witch. Approx. Outside dimensions: 2.15 m X 1.15 m X 2.15m. Cold Storage Temperature: - up to -5 deg C
• Compressor: Hermetically sealed compressor, Make: Emerson or Equivalent
• Condenser: Air cooled condenser made up of copper pipe & Aluminum fins of matching capacity with fan cooling.
